In December 2006, UPC was my 5th design ever to be printed, and my first one-color. There’s nothing too significant about the design (other than its paralyzing coolness) other than the numbers. (Hint: cellphone + predictive text)
When I first released this tee, I had a coupon to go along with it for a little discount. Of course, being the semi-jerk I sometimes morph into, I made people work for it by not giving them the code outright. They had to find the order (as in Kingdom Phylum Class Order Family Genus)that zebras belonged to. It was “Perissodactyla”.
So don’t say you didn’t learn anything from shopping the interweb!
